Ewenton House is protected by a Permanent Conservation Order and is listed
by the National Trust as an outstanding Victorian Style Residence overlooking
Sydney Harbour. The restoration of the historic property by Bruce Swalwell
Architects to a contemporary residence was undertaken following a fire which
left the building derelict. Originally built in 3 stages by a shipping merchant, the
house is once again a Grand Family Home.
