Bruce Swalwell, Director at that time of another architectural firm, received the commissioned to prepare the Master Plan for the 9 historic Finger Wharves at Walsh Bay, Sydney Harbour. The Master Plan was approved by the Council of the City of Sydney and became the basis for a Conservation Plan and Competitive Development Proposals. The Redevelopment of Walsh Bay is now complete and includes: residential apartments; commercial offices; dance and drama theatres; restaurants; hotel; and retail facilities.
