The Design and documentation of this 25 storey commercial office building was undertaken by Bruce Swalwell Architects to optimize the City of Sydney development controls in this central CBD location. The project included the negotiation of bonus floor space ratio from an adjoining historic building, The Pitt Street Uniting Church.
