This 14 storey commercial office building was designed by Bruce Swalwell Architects as part of an Urban Design Plan to link the central North Sydney commercial area across the Pacific Highway via a pedestrian bridge to Greenwood Square and the North Sydney Railway Station. The project also required the closure of a street and the creation of a public place, Elizabeth Plaza. Retail shops and a restaurant provide an active pedestrian edge to the development leading onto the Pedestrian Overpass Bridge.
