The Board of The Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney appointed Bruce Swalwell Architects as the Master Plan Architect for the redevelopment of the existing 18 Hectare site, to include a new $50 million state of the art Rehabilitation Centre and an 890 unit residential development.
