Kirribilli Grande is a luxury 14 apartment project designed and documented by Bruce Swalwell Architects and is located directly opposite the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney CBD. The project incorporates 2 basement carpark lifts, swimming pool and gymnasium facilities. The project was a joint venture between Macau entrepreneur Dr Stanley Ho and the Waterhouse family.
