to convert the single residence to 2 large 3 bedroom apartments with the interior
detailing restored to the original Victorian interior materials and finishes.
The original lower garden in front of Craiglea House, overlooking Sydney Harbour
has provided the location for the additional development of 16 apartments which
also have expansive Harbour and City views.
